Services

Hometown Sanitation provides recycling services to Watonwan County via curbside pick up and recycling sheds in 8 locations throughout the county. Our curbside bin and recycling shed services accept plastics with the numbers 1, 2, & 5 along with the items on the acceptable list.

Recycling / Shed Notes

  • Recycling carts must be on the curb by 7:00am on pick up day.
  • Do NOT leave bags of items on the floor in recycling sheds.
  • Do NOT leave items in plastic bags.
  • Do NOT bundle newspapers
  • Items smaller than your fist are garbage.
  • When in doubt....throw it out!!
